What are Tsunami Points?
TSUNAMI POINTS are virtual points. Their collection, active from October 7, 2022 and valid for one calendar year (January 1 - December 31), will allow you to accumulate points to be redeemed for coupons to make purchases on www.tsunaminutrition.it. When you shop online on our site, the points are automatically uploaded to your user profile. If you registered after October 7, 2022, your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from the time of your first purchase until the end of the calendar year. If you were already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for purchases made from October 7, 2022 until the end of the calendar year. You can always keep track of your TSUNAMI POINTS balance and their validity by logging into your member area.
How do I earn Tsunami Points?
If you are already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it you are already collecting TSUNAMI POINTS, your collection started from orders placed on or after October 7, 2022. If you do not yet have an account on our site, go to our HOME and click on LOG IN, top right. Create your TSUNAMI account by entering your personal information (first name, last name, email, password, date of birth). Once you have created your account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your login credentials for the restricted area. When you have completed your registration for the program, you will begin collecting your TSUNAMI POINTS starting with your first order. You will always be able to keep track of your TSUNAMI POINTS balance by logging into your member area.
What is the point of accumulating Tsunami Points?
TSUNAMI POINTS are converted into vouchers to purchase new products, which can be used after reaching the minimum threshold of 1000 TSUNAMI POINTS.
When can I use my Tsunami Points?
You can start using your TSUNAMI POINTS after you have accumulated at least 1000. You can keep track of your orders and your TSUNAMI POINTS balance by logging into your personal area. TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for one calendar year, so they must be used by December 31 of the current year. The expiration of your points is indicated in your personal area in the "Rewards History" section of Tsunami POINTS.
How can I use my Tsunami Points?
For every 1,000 points accumulated you are entitled to a 40 euro shopping voucher. Once you have converted your TSUNAMI POINTS into shopping vouchers, the points you have used will be deducted from your total points accumulated. Please note: Points can be collected and used between the beginning and end of a calendar year; the shopping voucher, once issued, must be used within 7 days from the date of issue. Each time a shopping voucher is issued, the customer will receive a summary email to the email address provided at the time of registration.
Why don't I have points even though I made other purchases?
Collection of TSUNAMI POINTS began on orders placed on or after October 7, 2022 and NOT on purchases made before this date.
How long does the Tsunami Points collection last?
The points collection has been active since October 7, 2022 and is valid until the end of the calendar year. If you registered after October 7, 2022 your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid from the time of your purchases until the end of the calendar year. If you were already registered at www.tsunaminutrition.it your TSUNAMI POINTS are valid for purchases made from October 7, 2022 until the end of the calendar year. You can always keep track of your TSUNAMI POINTS balance and their validity by logging into your member area.
Are Tsunami Points transferable to third parties?
NO, points are not transferable.
Where can I see how many Tsunami Points I have accumulated?
You can see your balance of TSUNAMI POINTS and their validity by logging into your member area.
When are Tsunami Points credited?
TSUNAMI POINTS are credited automatically after you complete your order at www.tsunaminutrition.it. Your points remain pending validation until you receive your order, in case of return or withdrawal your points related to the order you have returned or on which you have exercised your right of withdrawal will be cancelled and subtracted from your points balance. At the time you finally accept your order, your TSUNAMI POINTS are added to your "AVAILABLE" points. You can always check your points balance by logging into your member area.
