The growth of logistics has been gradual: first a smaller warehouse on a narrow street, where trucks could not even maneuver and deliveries were broken up on smaller vehicles; then a larger warehouse, set up from scratch with larger shelving and stock, to the current central warehouse with thousands of kilos of protein and an ever-expanding catalog of flavors and formats. Each step was financed by reinvesting the company's profits, without diverting resources into personal expenses or "status symbols."

On a personal level, the choice has also remained consistent: for years, even with already significant turnovers, there have been no vacations, luxury cars or superfluous expenses. Resources have been focused on products, facilities, communication and teams.
