Complex B
The B-vitamin complex is a family of nutrients consisting of as many as 8 different types, in fact we have Thiamine(Vitamin B1), Riboflavin(Vitamin B2), Niacin(Vitamin B3), Pantothenic Acid(Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine(Vitamin B6), Biotin(Vitamin B8), Folic Acid(Vitamin B9) and Cobalamin(Vitamin B12).
Each of these vitamins that make up the vitamin B complex has a specific action and consequent benefit, for example, they allow us to counteract feelings of fatigue and tiredness, counteract bad moods, support the immune system, and maintain healthy skin and hair.
B vitamins are produced in scarce amounts by our bodies, which is why it is necessary to consume foods such as milk, eggs, fish and cereals to reach a normal level. However, sometimes diet alone is not enough, which is why specific B vitamin supplements are used.
